1. Our Community Values
Worqlee is built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect. These guidelines apply to all interactions — job posts, proposals, messages, reviews, and profile content.
2. Be Professional
- Communicate respectfully even when disagreements arise
- Represent your skills and experience honestly
- Honor your commitments — if you cannot deliver, communicate early
- Respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe
3. Be Honest
- Only claim skills and credentials you genuinely possess
- Write authentic reviews based on real experiences
- Do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews
4. Be Safe
- Never share personal financial information in messages
- Report suspicious activity using the in-platform flag tool
5. Respect Intellectual Property
Only share content, code, or designs that you have the right to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, and confidentiality agreements.
6. Zero Tolerance
The following result in immediate account termination:
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech of any kind
- Sexual or inappropriate content
- Attempting to defraud other users
- Sharing another user's private information without consent
7. Reporting
Use the in-platform report button. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Email: trust@worqlee.com
