When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, and a securely hashed password. Providers may also submit identity documents for KYC verification.

2.2 Profile & Service Data

Information you voluntarily add to your profile: portfolio items, skills, service descriptions, rates, and availability.

2.3 Transaction Data

Payment method tokens (never raw card numbers), invoice history, escrow milestones, payout records, and booking details.

2.4 Usage & Device Data

IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and device identifiers to improve performance and security.

Create and manage your account
Facilitate bookings, contracts, and secure payments via escrow
Send transactional emails and platform notifications
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
