How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up, choose your role (Client or Provider), enter your email and password, and verify your email address. Setup takes under 2 minutes.

Is Worqlee free to join?

Yes. Creating an account and browsing talent or jobs is completely free. Worqlee charges a service fee only when a project milestone is completed.

How does escrow work?

When you agree on a milestone with a provider, you fund it into escrow. The funds are held securely and released to the provider only after you approve the delivered work.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and regional payment methods including Tap Payments for MENA. More options are added regularly.

How do I post a job?

From your client dashboard, click 'New Project', fill in the category, title, description, budget, and timeline. Your listing goes live immediately.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

You can request revisions before approving a milestone. If the provider is unresponsive, open a dispute from your project workspace — our team mediates within 3 business days.

How do I get paid?

When a client approves your milestone, funds are released to your Worqlee wallet. You can then request a payout to your bank account or supported payment method.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification is required to receive payouts and helps build trust with clients. The process is quick and uses our secure KYC partner.

How does Worqlee verify talent?

Providers submit identity documents reviewed by our KYC partner. We also review portfolio quality and monitor reviews for authenticity.

What should I do if I suspect fraud?

Report it immediately using the flag button on any profile, job, or message. Email trust@worqlee.com for urgent cases.

Can I change my role from client to provider?

Yes. From Account Settings, you can switch your active role at any time. Each role has its own dashboard and profile.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Note: financial records are retained for 7 years per legal requirements, but your personal data is erased.
