Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Worqlee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@worqlee.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Marketplace Rules
4.1 For Clients
- Post accurate, complete job descriptions
- Fund escrow milestones before work begins
- Respond to proposals within a reasonable time
- Release payments promptly upon satisfactory delivery
4.2 For Providers
- Represent your skills and experience truthfully
- Deliver work matching the agreed scope and quality
- Communicate proactively about delays
- Complete identity verification when requested
5. Escrow & Payments
All client payments are held in escrow until milestone approval. Worqlee charges a platform service fee on each completed transaction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the platform to pay/receive off-platform
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
- Sharing login credentials with third parties
- Uploading malicious code or conducting attacks
- Impersonating another person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment release, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property. Providers retain rights to pre-existing tools and frameworks.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first handled through in-platform mediation. If unresolved within 14 days, Worqlee's Trust & Safety team may make a binding determination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Worqlee's liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Worqlee's registered entity.
